If you identify an unauthorized transaction or error in your account, you must notify us within 30 days to receive protection under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. Contact our dispute resolution team immediately at disputes@sovereigncrestbank.com or 1-800-BANK-123.
We will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and provide a written investigation update within 10 business days. We will make a final determination within 45 days. For complex disputes, we may extend the investigation to 90 days with written notice.
